Sanbolic Announces Senior Account Manager
Company Continues to Grow and Focus on Sales

Watertown, MA, October 1, 2001 - Sanbolic, Inc. today announced the appointment of a new executive as part of expanding the company's growth potential and focusing on sales. Mario Mummolo, a key employee, will serve as the company's Senior Account Manager.

Mummolo is responsible for developing and maintaining a Sales account plan in conjunction with management goals and strategies as well as obtaining approval and providing approval of plan, qualifying opportunities, and establishing customer commitments.

Prior to joining Sanbolic, Mummolo was Marketing Manager at Cambex, and EMC/Clariion, where he was responsible in the launching and business development of mission critical Storage Area Networking (SAN) solutions as well as related Fibre channel products.
